The flooring features a wire-brushed, solid-sawn surface texture that enhances the unique grain and natural character of white oak. It includes a 3.5 mm solid-sawn veneer supported by a cross-laminated poplar plywood core and a balanced backing layer, delivering superior dimensional stability and resistance to warping. This engineered core construction makes it suitable for installation above, on, or below grade and compatible with radiant heating systems, while also supporting 1–2 refinishing cycles for extended lifespan.
The surface is protected by a multi-coat urethane finish with aluminum oxide, providing excellent resistance to scratches, wear, and daily use. Proper installation requires a clean, dry, level, and structurally sound subfloor, with concrete subfloors fully cured and moisture-tested. A moisture barrier may be required depending on conditions. The flooring should be acclimated for 48–72 hours with HVAC systems operating and stable indoor temperature and humidity maintained. This product meets standard formaldehyde emission requirements, uses legally sourced wood, and features a low-VOC finish that supports indoor air quality.
