Napoli Flooring Engineered Hardwood White Oak Hilltop Forest is a premium flooring solution that combines the timeless elegance of white oak with the durability and stability of engineered hardwood. With an 18 mm thickness, it offers a substantial, high-quality feel underfoot, while the wire-brushed surface enhances the natural grain and character of the wood for a refined, textured appearance.
The flooring features a 3.5 mm solid-sawn White Oak veneer, delivering the authentic look of solid hardwood and allowing for 1–2 refinishing cycles over its lifespan. It is supported by a cross-laminated poplar plywood core and a balanced White Oak backing layer, improving dimensional stability and minimizing expansion and contraction. This makes it suitable for installation above, on, or below grade and compatible with radiant heating systems. The surface is protected by a multi-coat urethane finish with aluminum oxide, providing excellent resistance to scratches, wear, and daily use.
Proper installation requires a clean, dry, level, and structurally sound subfloor. Wood subfloors should be securely fastened, while concrete subfloors must be fully cured and moisture-tested, with a moisture barrier used when necessary. The flooring should be acclimated for 48–72 hours in the installation environment with HVAC systems running and stable indoor temperature and humidity levels maintained. This product meets standard formaldehyde emission requirements, uses legally sourced wood, and features a low-VOC factory-applied finish that supports healthy indoor air quality. Its pet-friendly surface adds durability for active households.
Maintaining Napoli Flooring White Oak Engineered Hardwood is simple with regular sweeping or vacuuming and immediate spill cleanup. For deeper cleaning, use a hardwood floor cleaner and damp mop only. Avoid excessive moisture, steam cleaning, vinegar, ammonia, wax-based polishes, or abrasive products to preserve the finish.
